Directions:
• Use daily after brushing teeth. Open mouth wide and extend tongue. Place cleaning edge flat on the front half of your tongue and scrape forward to front of tongue in short, firm strokes. Once you are used to tongue cleaning, you will be able to place cleaning edge further back on tongue to remove a greater amount of plaque. Rinse mouth.
